There is no cancellation fee if 48 hours or more notice is given of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled appointment. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not keep your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of £320 to cover costs incurred.

Refunds issued for appointments attended where treatment did not go ahead will be made back to the original payment method less the consultation fee of £320 (unless discount applied).
