Hours of work: 40 hours per week

General Description:

The Business Development Manager role aims to drive new business for Wren’s range of testing services through calls to relevant UK companies.

You will be responsible for actively contacting potential customers and using your strong knowledge of Wren’s testing services to introduce the range on offer with the aim of securing bookings for large corporations. You will utilise existing lead lists as well as proactively sourcing new leads of your own. Using the HubSpot CRM, you will accurately log all customer contact and the necessary outcomes/follow up actions. You will also keep a list of potential lead information, ensuring this is always kept up to date. You will be representing Wren as an organisation, so will need to be skilled at building strong rapport with potential customers and presenting in a professional manner as well as maintaining your existing accounts.

Accountabilities and responsibilities

New business development
Managing the end-to-end service/booking journey
Key Account Management
Generating, Scheduling & Calculating quotations and confirmed bookings.
Drafting and sending appropriate sales correspondence
Ensuring that the quotes are completed promptly and are followed up promptly to maximize conversion
Managing sales process through to closure
Generating Business Leads and Developing long lasting relationships with new clients
Supporting the other sales team members in their sales efforts
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop bespoke solutions
Expereinces in lead generation though multiple channels such as cold calling and linkedin

Qualifications, Training & Experience:

Proven track record of landing large contracts
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot
Strong previous experience in an outbound sales role
To act in accordance with Wren Healthcare standard operating procedures and guidelines.
Adhere to regulations required under the Care Quality Commission.
Adhere to regulations required under UKAS.
