Overview

Facilitated by Registered Nurses with first hand clinical experience, this full day course includes blended learning and provides Healthcare Professionals with the theoretical and practical knowledge to care for an individual at the of End of Life Care including Palliative care and the fundamental importance of dignity and within health and social care settings; practice and capability when caring for a person with a T34 syringe driver and provide Registered Healthcare Practitioners with a clear understanding of the current United Kingdom legislation regarding Verification of Expected Death and to provide an awareness of the professional responsibilities relating to confirmation of death in community settings.

Can be facilitated for New Starters or as an update for Healthcare Professionals who care for individuals in their daily practice.
