Inbound Sales Advisor

£9.43 an hour - Mon-sun, varied shifts - 37.5 hours per week

The inbound sales agent is the first point of contact for most of Wren’s customers and plays a key role in maintaining Wren’s reputation as a reliable, professional organisation.

In this role, you will deal with inbound customer enquiries and bookings for Wren’s range of testing services. You will be responsible for ensuring each customer that calls in receives the most efficient, helpful, and professional service possible.

Using your knowledge of Wren’s testing services, you will advise customers of the various options available based on their requirements. You will then be responsible for booking in these tests/services in a timely manner.

Alongside this, your role will include successfully resolving any other customer queries such as rearranging bookings and cancellations. You will also need to liaise with other departments.

The range of testing services provided by Wren is likely to develop over time, so you will also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of what is on offer. We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills that can listen, think, and act in a truly professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with a range of incoming enquiries, understanding customer requirements

Talking through the various options on offer to customers

Providing a timely booking service for COVID-19 tests and other Wren services

Using Acuity scheduling system to track all incoming customer calls and outcomes.

Liaising with other departments and colleagues as necessary

Any other relevant duties which may arise to support the team.

Schedule

8 hour shifts mon-fri including weekends
9am-5pm and 11am-7pm
Shift times may vary on a weekly basis
Overtime available

Experience

No experience required but great customer service skills preferred

It is a requirement of the post that a DBS check will be obtained.
