We provide educational support, counselling and clinical supervision. We offer bespoke wellbeing solutions to support organisations in the following ways:
An internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.
We offer half-day, one-day and two-day variations of this training course to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 participants.
A mental health promotion training program based on the latest evidence base. Evaluation has shown it increases the confidence and core skills of front-line staff, so they are more effective in having conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
It has been designed to help people manage stress and destress and increase their resilience and mental wellbeing through positive change. It is an incremental program over two and a half days.
In addition to our accredited courses, we also have the capacity to delivery bespoke mental health training courses/workshops covering topics such as work-related stress, work life balance and lone working.
All of our content is created and developed in-house to suit your organisation’s mental wellbeing needs.
We have experience and expertise across the mental health, training and counselling sector. We can support organisations with a range of wellbeing content for groups or individuals such as tailored emails and webinars to suit your specific wellbeing needs. We share useful content, self-help activities and notable annual dates such as World Mental Health Day.
Our team also has the ability to provide bespoke interactive dashboards to present data recorded from our training sessions. Reports can show learner outcomes and feedback which can be accessed across all devices 24 hours a day.
We offer short and long-term counselling to large and small organisations.
Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) are employee benefit programmes offered by many employers. They are intended to help employees deal with both work related and personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being.
Using our network of counsellors and psychotherapists we can help improve the mental health and wellbeing of your workforce and reduce stress and absenteeism.
We support both the public and private sectors. Our industry leading and accredited team includes registered counsellors, psychotherapists and clinical supervisors.

Great Course - Can't wait to put learning into practice. Facilitator style was relaxed allowing conversation and has great knowledge of subject 🙂
I came with a negative attitude to mental health but left feeling educated and more responsive to people's moods.
Wayne was fantastic! Very engaging and lightly informative, useful context!
The course was extremely useful and I wish I had taken this course years ago. I would like to see all staff attend the half day course.
Excellent! Thoroughly informative and involved. Thank you!
